For the first annual paving inspection of Penn’s campus, our firm visually inspected all pedestrian walking surfaces. The field observation visits took approximately four weeks to complete with multiple teams out each day. The field work was digitized into plans and spreadsheets. Cost estimates were developed for each paving improvement.
