This new eight-story, 200,000 sf Taxation Building is located on an existing developed site in the heart of Trenton, NJ. Situated directly adjacent to the existing Labor Building, the facades of the old and new buildings form a large, new pedestrian plaza for employees and visitors to experience and enjoy. Our firm was responsible for landscape architectural design in collaboration with Ballinger. In addition to the plaza design, Sikora Wells Appel designed the surrounding landscape including the building entrances and streetscapes along John Fitch Place and the intersection of South Warren Street.
